The platform

Résumés with the fuller story.

An audience-aware résumé is more than a page: step into each chapter, see the work, ask it questions. Every profile below lives at its own handle.

For candidates

Not a social network for humble brags.

Your résumé here answers questions instead of collecting likes. Paste it or upload the PDF — a group of agents structures it, fact-checks the draft against what you actually wrote, and hands you the flags: constructive feedback before any recruiter sees a word.

Private by default: nothing is published until you say so, and screening is transparent — you see every question anyone asks.

  2. Paste or upload your résumé
  3. Review what the agents built, then publish

For recruiters

Ask every candidate the same questions.

Every profile here has an agent in front of it, grounded only in the person’s published material — it can’t embellish, and it says so when it doesn’t know. Build your screening questions once, run them against the candidates you’re considering, and compare the answers side by side.

Candidates see what you asked — screening here is transparent, not surveillance. Screening is free while we’re early.

resumarsh is new. The directory is small and growing, so screening is most useful for candidates who send you their handle — including private profiles shared with you by link.

  1. Write your screening questions once
  2. Pick candidates from the directory
  3. Compare grounded answers in one grid
